Refund Policy
At Absher Park we strive to provide convenient and reliable service, However, We acknowledge that circumstances may occur that require a refund.
1. Cases where refunds are possible:
- The user has been charged and the reservation is not confirmed
- Reserved parking is not provided on arrival
- The booking was cancelled well in advance as per the conditions of use
2. Recovery mechanism:
- Refund is requested through the app or contact customer service
- Refund may take 3 to 10 business days depending on the payment method
3. Non-refundable cases:
- Not using the reservation on time without prior cancellation
- Expiration of the parking period without renewal or extension
- Violations or wrong use of the Service
4. Refund Method:
- The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used
- Or his/her balance in the user’s wallet within the application (as requested by the user)
