Refund Policy

At Absher Park we strive to provide convenient and reliable service, However, We acknowledge that circumstances may occur that require a refund.

1. Cases where refunds are possible:

  • The user has been charged and the reservation is not confirmed
  • Reserved parking is not provided on arrival
  • The booking was cancelled well in advance as per the conditions of use

2. Recovery mechanism:

  • Refund is requested through the app or contact customer service
  • Refund may take 3 to 10 business days depending on the payment method

3. Non-refundable cases:

  • Not using the reservation on time without prior cancellation
  • Expiration of the parking period without renewal or extension
  • Violations or wrong use of the Service

4. Refund Method:

  • The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used
  • Or his/her balance in the user’s wallet within the application (as requested by the user)
